- Site paving near complete including slope at the customer delivery area
- Concrete pour complete for the rear expansion area
- Office layout and furniture planning is in progress, bringing us one step closer to move-in readiness.

- Final touches on interiors, including flooring, millwork, and painting.
- Site work completion, such as parking lot striping and landscaping.
- Project planning for move-in, where teams will coordinate logistics for a seamless transition to our new Sugar Land facility.
